Since they are uncoated card stock they are packaged in a re-closeable "Ziplock" style bags to protect them from moisture.
All of the decks are 52 card decks except for the Satirical German deck which is just 48 cards (no aces) but we include the rules for the primary game it seems to have been used for that did not use aces.
